Overview

1. Discover some local food points that are a bit off the beaten path in District 3. You will visit the old coffee shop since 1946 with a secret weapon bunker and try COM TAM, a real Saigonese dish that must be tried here.

2. Following, we will go to a local restaurant where you will try BO LA LOT, a particular dish from Saigon and Anthony Boudreau used to eat here before. You also learn how to make the fresh rolls from this dish like spring rolls by yourself.

3. Subsequently, take a long walk to let your stomach digest food for more room. On the halfway get to try the GRILLED BANANA WITH COCONUT MILK. And then in the next location, we are here in Saigon but you are able to try the central noodles called BUN BO HUE, the spicy noodles from Hue city.

4. Wandering around old buildings to discover local nightlife, taking a bunch of nice photos if you want. And then, try a world-famous dish from Vietnam that is BANH MI which is Vietnamese sandwiches.
