Cooking session with the Vietnam Cookery Center with a short tour of the well-known Ben Thanh Market.
It is the hands-on practice and learning of the Vietnamese Cuisine Art that aid the foreigners in cooking the Vietnamese food and even reproducing them in their places with the recipe copies. The menu will include salad, local soup, braised fish or braised pork. After the practice is the rewarding time when you eat your self-cooked food as well as the restaurant-prepared feast.
